Southwestern Electric Power Company

新皇冠体育APP下载dear friends,

新皇冠体育APP下载at southwestern electric power company (swepco), our commitment to the communities we serve extends beyond our mission to provide safe, reliable and affordable energy. we believe in being part of the community.

our employees have donated thousands of hours to countless organizations and community programs. swepco and our parent company, american electric power, strive to make an impact by helping to fund organizations and programs that improve education, feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, care for our environment, grow our communities and much more.

for example, swepco supported texarkana resources for the disabled, inc. in arkansas and texas, which assists individuals with disabilities in becoming productive citizens in their community. the organization provides vocational training and employment services for individuals with disabilities as well as independent living skills training.

in louisiana, swepco supported community renewal international, which connects neighbors and residents to help restore safe and caring communities through programs such as haven house, friendship houses and women of cr. friendship houses provide a place for after-school education programs, character building, service projects, ged courses, tutoring and more.

新皇冠体育APP下载another example is the great texas balloon race in longview, texas. this event attracts pilots from around the world with balloon flights in the mornings and balloon glows at night. there are also arts and crafts vendors, food vendors and plenty of music and entertainment; making this a favorite community event in east texas.

we’re pleased to share the following report that highlights how swepco and its employees give back to the communities in which they live and work. and, we’re thankful for the privilege to work alongside you today as we light the way for a brighter tomorrow.

sincerely,

Malcolm Smoak
President and COO
